Really fun study/paintover while bitchin with on msn. Decided to paint over this piece he had of a white soldier in a predator suit, unmasking in some forest somewhere. Thanks mon!

In this homage of sorts (to AvP:Eternal), a fictional Skull Team leader removes his helmet to think, depressurisng his suit at the risk of detection. It is very stuffy inside. "Camo on" is the order after a harrowing crash landing. They have apparently been shot down by those they hunt, cloaking systems gone offline after an EM countermeasure failure. These 'super-special forces' are to deploy out and secure the sector at all cost. Under such circumstances, everyone is expendable.

If you haven't already -You ought to check out Predator: Eternal graphic novel by Ian Edginton and Alex Maleev... bloody gorgeous. Its out of print i think, but its been resurrected in the wonderful AvP Omnibus Vol. 1 by Dark Horse. A secondary set of characters in the story are a mercenary team that utilises researched /acquired pred tech to create conflict in hotzones all over the globe, drawing predators in to keep the vicious cycle spinning. Sick!!! Oh and it has a godly Glenn Fabry cover too!
