an hour, pscs2, default brush set [most if not all are hard round, or feathered]

A block-and-paint type approach for speedpainting of sorts, done for an ad hoc 'demo session' at CG Overdrive on its last day at the Singapore Expo. Its been too long since I've handled this approach, something I've been trying to stay away from, way too much mental work involved <: (

Enjoy the simple moments :D Goodnight

This has a very "real" feel to it - even though it's a sci-fi world, its very gritty and real. Awesome awesome work.

Rise and shine, motherfuckers. That's what I used to say every time I woke up in Chechnya. And I meant it for the rebels we used to cut down like weed in the treelines with RPDs.

Yes we did. It was our squad assault weapon. I remember one guy from the squad two divisions above us who used to carry a KORD. But it was quickly taken from him. Every time I remember RPDs, I remember Vasily Naglyantsev from the neighboring squad. He lost his right eye to a stray bullet. They told him that he couldn't shoot again. But six months later he returned and learned to shoot just as well with his left eye on the sights. Great guy, I miss him.

Wow. Why did they take the KORD away from that guy? (srry took so long to respond, I haven't been keeping track). And I heard the rpd was phased out of service.

Yes, the KORD was confiscated and sent back to the machine shop. The RPD was phased out, but since the army never really received any new equipment in any considerable quantities, the reserve weapons were always in service.
