The Raven Tide by ukitakumuki The Raven Tide by ukitakumuki
2 hours, PSCS, airbrush tool

Once again, inspired by the sea.

"Wyvern force approaching from the East! Deploy the Ravenous archers! These archers of legend are reputed to be able to fire volleys of up to 40 arrows a minute. A handful of them stood fast at the coast of Halarae, and took down the entire invasion force of wyverns, suffering only minor casualties fom rope burn."

this is actually really cool and it pains me to bring up the fact that the quiver is on the wrong side of the hip

I am no archer, but I imagine it is still plausible to reach down and get an arrow out? I guess i was going for something that felt functional -enough-. Do share your reason so I can understand better :) Thanks again!

archers just usually keep their quivers on the opposite side of the body as the bow. He absolutely could still reach down, and like I said this is a really cool picture, but keeping the quiver on the other side keeps it out of the way of the bowstring and can make it easier to reach the arrows with your free hand.
